Larry is an accomplished IT professional with 20+ years experience in Information Technology enabling the business to achieve its objective through technology. His expertise is in IT governance and compliance, implementation of cross-functional ERP business applications, and building scalable infrastructure to support the demand for high performing systems capabilities.

Prior to Intertech, Larry held C-level positions for a diverse range of companies. As VP of Technology for an outsourced sales company, he rebuilt the technology to sustain a 40% increase in revenue and transaction volume to meet the demands of Fortune 100 firms such as HP, Dell, and Microsoft and implemented a new  ECRM system to replace the legacy systems to take advantage of E-Commerce and processing via the web. As VP & GM for a managed services technology, Mr. Schork built and deployed the applications and IT infrastructure to support the hosting of large-scale web applications for large multi-national companies and governments. As CIO for a wireless network provider, he and his team built the IT and applications infrastructure that supported the nationwide deployment of the wireless network. While CIO at a large international software company, he expanded their IT capabilities to allow them to rapidly expand and double their growth through global mergers and acquisitions. He’s also held applications development and supply system management roles at Fortune 50 computer/software companies and built his own software consulting company implementing information systems for vertical industry applications.

Larry’s mix of IT, business process, and project management skills enables him to provide a cross-functional understanding and approach to what IT needs to accomplish in order to meet it goal (business or technical) and how to build a governance framework to insure project success. His knowledge of CobIT (IT governance), ITIL (Certified Foundations Expert), and Project Management allows him to successfully construct and deliver solutions that meet their objectives taking into the unique nature of each organization and the policies/controls that they have established.
