Michael is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience encompassing Information Technology, Program / Project Management and Materials and Distribution Management.   He has hands on experience in many high technology areas including computer manufacturing, computer storage, semiconductor and semiconductor equipment manufacturing.  Michael has worked in companies of all sizes, at various stages of their lifecycle including start-up.  His direct experience in building teams and leading organizational change has shown his abilities as a process and team leader.  Through experience in all phases of outsource management, Michael has built the knowledge to help clients determine if, what and how to outsource.  Having held senior management positions in Information Technology, Materials and Distribution, Michael brings a broad view of the corporate process to his clients.

 Having brought over 20 years of hands-on experience into the consulting practice when he joined Pinnacle 7 years ago, Michael has helped clients with a broad variety of issues including product marketing, product design, process re-engineering, organizational change, systems implementation, outsource bid preparation, outsource due diligence processes, outsource transition and delivery, IT governance, and SOX for IT.  In addition to his experience, Michael has two bachelor’s degrees from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
