The Pinnacle team was hired by the Vice President of Operations Finance to design their financial subledger close process for this company’s Global Oracle Financials software implementation. The company replaced their global operations ERP and financial systems with Oracle, and relied on Pinnacle’s expertise in the following key areas:

• Requirements definition to ensure successful completion of the period close.

• Period close process design for AR, WIP, Inventory and Procurement applications in 44 business units and seven distribution locations.
