COMPANY BIOS: Roger Laux

Roger’s twenty-plus years of experience has embraced the commercial as well as the government arenas.  His background includes small and international companies, enabling him to operate effectively on projects at all levels of the organization spectrum.

Roger has front-line experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in the IT and Finance arena on a variety of different levels, from process definition and development at mid size companies to re-defining process structures at multinational companies.  SOX experience includes scoping engagements, establishing processes and controls, creating guidelines, defining and documenting informal practices, testing defined controls and developing remediation measures to achieve compliant practices.

Prior to entering into the management consulting arena, Roger held controller level positions in finance which encompassed accounting and finance functions, as well as project management, purchasing, business contracts, proposals, benefits and general management.

His industry experience with software development, system development, systems manufacture and integration, and software service and maintenance has afforded him a view to the operations of all functions of the company and an understanding of the impact of process and system changes on all areas of the organization.
